D2757 Procedures:
Intraoral-complete series (including bitewings). Individually listed intraoral radiographs by the same dentist/dental office are considered a complete series, usually 14-22 images, intended to display the crowns and roots of all teeth, periapical areas and alveolar bone, if the fee for individual radiographs equals or exceeds the fee for a complete series on the same date of service, any fee in excess for the fee for a full mouth series of radiographs is Disallowed.

Incomplete endodontic therapy - inoperable or fractured tooth.Pin retention-per tooth, in addition to restoration is a benefit, once per tooth, when necessary on permanent tooth and when completed at the same appointment as the restoration. Additional pins on the same tooth are Disallowed as a component of the initial pin placement. The fee for pin retention when billed In Conjunction With a buildup is Disallowed as a component of the buildup procedure.
